The meeting of the Secretary of State's Honorary Medical Advisory Panel on alcohol, drugs and substance misuse and driving on 5 April 2006 was cancelled. This was due to the unavailability of the majority of panel members. The agenda items will be discussed at the next meeting scheduled for November.
