Please note, all calls are handled initially by our call centre based in Swansea.

 

Open: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. On the second Wednesday of each month the office will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Directions

By Car

From West or South

  • follow signs M621 into Leeds City Centre (via M62 or M1)

  • after leaving the motorway keep in right hand lane

  • drive through 2 traffic lights ( heading into centre) and at the third take the right hand filter (Great Wilson Street) and pass ASDA headquarters on your left

  • continue straight on at the traffic lights passing Tetley Brewery on your left

  • keep left and at the lights turn left onto St Peters Street

  • go under the bridge passing the Bus/coach station on your left and the West Yorkshire Playhouse on your right

  • at roundabout take first left exit into Union Street for parking facilities

  • walk back towards the roundabout and follow the building round for the Leeds Local office entrance which is after Hoagys Bar

     

    From East (York Side)

  • follow A64 into Leeds City Centre

  • follow signs for Market/West Yorkshire Playhouse - down the slip road, passing Quarry house

  • at junction turn right and go immediately to far lane

  • at traffic lights take 2nd turn-off into Union Street

  • at roundabout take Second left exit (after Police station) into Union Street for parking facilities

  • walk back towards the roundabout and follow the building round for the Leeds Local office entrance which is after Hoagys Bar

     

    From North  (A660) passing university

  • after University keep going into Leeds City Centre by following City loop.

  • after passing Morrisons keep on the left lane.

  • at next traffic light turn left into Merrion Street stay in far right lane.

  • at the next traffic go straight on.

  • at lights turn right and stay on left side.

  • turn next left into Lady lane (before bus gate).

  • at roundabout take third left exit (after Police station) into Union Street for parking facilities.

  • walk back towards the roundabout and follow the building round for the Leeds Local office entrance which is after Hoagys Bar.

    • By Bus

  • most routes use/stop at bus station (300 metres). Also numerous stops on Eastgate.

    • By Train

  • Leeds City Station (0.5 miles)
