Please note: All calls are handled initially by the local office call centre based in Swansea. Open: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. On the second Wednesday of each month the office will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Directions

By Car

From West or South

  • follow signs M621 into Leeds City Centre (via M62 or M1)
  • keep in right hand lane when leaving the motorway drive into the city centre you will see the Hilton Hotel in front of you
  • take the right hand filter lane (Great Wilson Street) and pass Asda headquarters on your left
  • stay in the left hand lane continue straight on at the traffic lights passing the brewery on your left
  • keep to left hand lane, at next traffic lights filter left onto Crown Point Road and over Crown Point Bridge
  • you are now on St Peters Street. The bus and coach station will be on your left and the West Yorkshire Playhouse on your right.
  • at roundabout take first left exit into Union Street
  • the entrance to the Leeds local office is on the opposite side of the building on Eastgate

     

    From East (York Side)

  • follow A64 into Leeds City Centre
  • follow signs for Market/West Yorkshire Playhouse, down the slip road, passing Quarry house
  • at junction turn right and go immediately to far lane
  • at traffic lights take 2nd turn off into Union Street
  • the entrance to the Leeds local office is on the opposite side of the building on Eastgate

     

    From North  (A660) passing university

  • after university keep going into Leeds City Centre
  • passing Morrisons at next traffic light turn right into Merrion Street stay in far lane
  • at next traffic lights go straight on
  • at junction turn right and stay on near side, take next left into Lady lane (parking available)
  • walk to the bottom of the road take a right turn into Eastgate
  • the entrance to the Leeds local office is on the opposite side of the building on Eastgate

    • By Bus

  • most routes use/stop at bus station (300 metres). Also numerous stops on Eastgate.

    • By Train

  • Leeds City Station (0.5 miles)
