Open: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. On the second Wednesday of each month the office will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Directions

By Car

From London and the South:

  • take the A12 Colchester bound
  • take the A1114 Chelmsford exit
  • arrive at the Army and Navy roundabout
  • go straight over (3rd exit) into A1060 Parkway
  • get into the right hand lane, come to the Odeon roundabout
  • take the 3rd exit onto High Bridge Road
  • at the mini roundabout bear right into Springfield Road
  • continue to traffic lights, get in the left hand lane, turn left into Victoria Road A1090
  • continue to traffic lights, get into right hand lane, turn right into New Street B1008
  • continue to roundabout, take 3rd exit into Hoffmanns Way, continue to end

From Braintree and the North/North East:

  • taking the A131 Great Leighs by pass
  • continue towards Chelmsford
  • at the 3rd roundabout take the first exit onto the A130 Essex Regiment Way
  • at the 4th roundabout take the 3rd exit into Chelmer Valley Road, continue heading towards Chelmsford Town Centre
  • at the traffic lights turn left into Rectory Lane
  • at roundabout go straight over (2nd exit) into Hoffmanns Way, continue to the end

From Colchester:

  • take the A12 London bound
  • take the exit for Maldon
  • at the roundabout take the exit for A1060 Chelmsford 3rd exit
  • continue straight over roundabouts heading for Chelmsford A1114
  • arrive at the Army and Navy roundabout
  • go straight over (3rd exit) into A1060 Parkway
  • get into the right hand lane, come to the Odeon roundabout
  • take the 3rd exit onto High Bridge Road
  • at the mini roundabout bear right into Springfield Road
  • continue to traffic lights, get in the left hand lane, turn left into Victoria Road A1090
  • continue to traffic lights, get into right hand lane, turn right into New Street B1008
  • continue to roundabout, take 3rd exit into Hoffmanns Way, continue to end

From Southend and the East:

  • from A127 take the A130 to Chelmsford
  • at roundabout go straight over onto A1114 Chelmsford
  • arrive at the Army and Navy roundabout
  • go straight over (3rd exit) into A1060 Parkway
  • get into the right hand lane, come to the Odeon roundabout
  • take the 3rd exit onto High Bridge Road
  • at the mini roundabout bear right into Springfield Road
  • continue to traffic lights, get in the left hand lane, turn left into Victoria Road A1090
  • continue to traffic lights, get into right hand lane, turn right into New Street B1008
  • continue to roundabout, take 3rd exit into Hoffmanns Way, continue to end
