International Driving permit fees and driving licence changes. This paper seeks views on increasing the fee for International Driving Permits and International Certificates for Motor Vehicles, makes minor changes to the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Order 1975 and allow holders of driving licences issued in the Falkland Islands who become resident in GB to exchange their licences for British equivalent.
